She has extensive expertise in addressing issues related to children and women. Neepa has had the privilege of working under the mentorship of Padmasree Ashok Bhagat ji and Nobel Peace Laureate Sri Kailash Satyarthi ji. Her career highlights include implementing the Juvenile Justice Act, particularly POCSO cases, promoting alternative care and deinstitutionalization, providing aftercare for trafficking survivors, and supporting malnourished children in tribal villages of Jharkhand.\nShe holds Law Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights from Ranchi University. During her journey, she has also received many awards and fellowships naming the prestigious Jamshedji Tata National Virtual Academy for Rural Prosperity in 2008, for her contributions to spreading knowledge on women's issues in rural India. She has been honored as the Best Social Entrepreneur by Oxfam India, Delhi, for her work on women's rights in Jharkhand on behalf of Jharkhand Mahila Vikas Manch, focusing on raising awareness and preventing domestic violence. Preeti completed her masters in social work and has determined to work for the marginalised children and women in her district. She specialises in working with children who have face sexual harassment and are under the preview of child in need of care and protection. She has been recognised as a support person to pocso to survivors in the district while working with Kailash satyarthi children foundation and has helped 34 children to get justice and compensation through the legal support system of the government. Preeti has a vast experience of working with women and has received the National award for strengthening self help groups in her district. She also has experience of working with child in need institute in community mobilization and the de-institulization of children from shelter homes to community based living.
